Should you find you have difficulty in using our Product (and lets face it not everyone is confident in using Computer Software) or, the card appears to be beyond help, then for UK customers, we do offer an additional Service which you might like to take advantage of.
We can offer you the facility to send your Memory Card to our experienced Lab Technicians for them to attempt the Recovery for you. This can be just as cost effective as we do not charge you if we are unsuccessful. However, if the Card is recoverable, then we will charge you according to the following scale;
- For cards up to 1GB in Capacity (64MB to 1GB inclusive); £44.99 inc VAT.
- For 2GB cards in Capacity; £58.99 inc VAT
- For more than 2GB Capacity; £72.99 inc VAT
